I know your wondering, how can the [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Bellamy Brothers [/lastfm]have a problem with the beautiful, sweet and oh so talented [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Britney Spears[/lastfm]?  Could it have anything to do with stealing music?

If you know anything about country music, especially older country music you know about The Bellamy Brothers song “If I Said You Had A Beautiful Body, Would You Hold It Against Me.”  After all it spent 3 weeks at the top of the charts in 1979 and was even written by David Bellamy.

Well earlier today a new song from Britney Spears leaked on the internet called “Hold It Against Me.”  The Bellamy Brothers say they have no personal beef with Britney but they feel ripped off!  Heres the song:

I saw this on CMT.com and though the words in both songs have similarities they sound totally different. What do you think? Were the Bellamy Brothers ripped off for there originality?
