Last weekend I went out for my girlfriend’s birthday party, The “wig party” at Mez where I rocked some Katy Perry hair (but looked more like Marge Simpson).

And it inspired me, so I asked my hair dresser to dye my hair blue. But being the good friend and hair dresser she is, she refused to bleach my naturally jet black hair. So, we compromised and she gave me blue extensions. What do you think?

Meanwhile, a South Carolina teen got suspended for giving herself red highlights. Really?! Kids bring guns and drugs to school, and they’re worried about a girl’s hair color —  her own harmless, eccentric form of personal expression? Prioroties people! I’d be in big trouble with my new blue do. So I’m rocking it for her!
