BIG SEXY is still holding on to the hope of a Dale Jr. win. Even though his 143-race winless streak will reach four years if he doesn’t win Sunday. But BIG does have a point … his most recent win—and his only victory with Hendrick Motorsports—came at Michigan in 2008.

I’m going with Mark Martin because Michael Waltrip Racing isn’t messing around this year!

Martin came within one second of winning last weekend on the new asphalt at Pocono Raceway, and Michigan International Speedway has new paving as well.  Plus he’s got five wins at Michigan, his most recent coming in 2009. Martin may be 53, but he can hang with the boys on the track  – and with age comes experience, right? (At least that’s what I’m telling myself as I get older).

Meanwhile, Kurt Busch is back from his week probation after threatening reporter Bob Pockrass of Sporting News … hopefully he utilized his time off and got some anger management therapy.
