Congratulations are in order to newlyweds Jake Owen and Lacy Buchanan Owen.
The couple told People.com today that they are expecting their first child together.
The baby girl is due in November.
Earlier today, before news of the pregnancy broke, Jake took to Twitter with this very simple, powerful tweet:
Greatest day of my life. Point blank. Best ever. Wow.

If you recall, the couple got engaged on-stage on April 7, in the middle of Jake’s performance. They were married a month later on the beach.
Jake went on to tell People.com, “We actually found out Lacey was pregnant after I had asked her dad for his permission.”
“The way we saw it, the baby news was a bonus on top of the engagement,” he continues, “but we didn’t want anyone to think we were getting married because Lacey was pregnant, and we wanted to celebrate our wedding first.”
