Dear Big,
I’m not sure if its just life, but it seems that every year I get older, and less excited about it.  I’m almost in my 30′s and still just working a regular job and living a life that just seems to be blah.  Is this just what getting old is all about?  Or is there more to life?

Dear Getting Older And More Lost,
Gotta say, this question couldn’t come in at a better time, due to my Birthday being this week.  I know how you feel, I’m going on 25 but feeling like I’m hitting 40 and I’m not hugely excited about it.  Someone asked me today, “when are you celebrating” and the simple fact is I celebrate every morning I wake up.  Ya never know when your last day will be, so why not love the fact you are here today.  But what is the sense of being here today, if your not going to use it?  If you feel like your spending every day in your comfort zone, do something crazy.  I’m not talking about going sky diving, unless thats your cup of tea, but something as simple as adding another night of the week where you go out on the town with friends to Coyote Joes, even on a Saturday night.  You never know where one night out, with some crazy friends can end up.  And if your bored of your job, then maybe its time for a career change.  Your almost 30, which means your not really that old.  The fact is, you have a life, now use it.  Don’t let it pass you by, because once its gone, thats all!  Instead of crossing days off your calendar, cross things off your bucket list! Hope that put a little fire under your butt to go and try something new, something a little crazy, and something to remind you that your alive!
