Though 9/11 is a day of sadness and grief, Big & Rich decided to use the day as a memorial and a day for appreciation and hope. So the band got together and thought of an amazing way to honor our fallen heroes and our daily heroes: put on a free concert for Charlotte fire, medics, cops and EMTs!
Coyote Joe’s barely gets opened during the day, but today was a special occasion. Over 100 of Charlotte’s best and bravest men and women enjoyed free lunch for them and their families while Big & Rich put on an hour long show performing their hits “That’s Why I Pray”, “Save A Horse Ride A Cowboy” and more. Overall, everyone was given words of encouragement and peace from Big Kenny and John Rich as well as many, many ‘thank you’s.
