A new study finds that people who work together and spend time together out of the office are more productive, happy , loyal and stay in their jobs longer.

For us it’s easy because we have so many opportunities to hang out but Office Poll gives some suggestions on how to build friendships in the office:

Have lunch with your coworkers at least twice a week

Invite coworkers over when you have a party of your home

The ultimate way to build relationships they say is to take a trip together for the weekend and make up your own trust building exercises.
