Before the GRAMMYs this past Sunday, Tanner, Guenn, Catherine Lane and Charlie & Debbie gave their picks on who would win the big categories in country and pop.

The biggest upset seems to be that we really really thought Eric Church was going to win a lot of the categories.  But we can’t be mad that the gorgeous Carrie Underwood took home Best Country Song.

So here’s the breakdown in the 6 categories:

Our afternoon diva Catherine Lane got one right, guessing that Gotye would win Record of the Year with “Somebody That I Used To Know.”

While we should have had some kind of sudden death lightning round, we didn’t think of it in time and Tanner, Guenn and Charlie & Debbie all got two correct of the six categories.

  1. Tanner guessed correctly that fun. would be the Best New Artist and also Song of the Year
  2. Guenn guessed Carrie Underwood would walk away with Best Country Song and that Kelly Clarkson would win Best Pop Vocal Album (best acceptance speech ever…)
  3. Charlie and Debbie were big winners in the Best New Artist and Song of the Year category giving fun. the win.
