Ingredients: 1.5 Cups Milk, 1 Cup Pumpkin Puree, 1 Egg, 2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil, 2 Tablespoons Vinegar, 2 Cups All Purpose Flour, 3 Tablespoons Brown Sugar, 2 Teaspoons Baking Powder, 1 Teaspoon Baking Soda, 1 Teaspoon Allspice, 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon, .5 Teaspoon Ginger, .5 Teaspoon Salt
Directions: Mix the milk, pumpkin, egg, oil, and vinegar into one bowl. Mix the flour, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, allspice, cinnamon, ginger, and salt into another bowl. Stir dry ingredients into wet ingredients. Heat an oiled griddle to medium heat and scoop ¼ cup of batter onto the griddle for each pancake. Brown on both sides. Makes 12 pancakes.
Syrup: Heat your syrup in a pan and add some cinnamon and pumpkin spice for an extra punch of pumpkin.
